Between busy schedules and the challenge of consistently sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients, cooking nourishing meals isn’t always realistic.

Meals In a HeartBeet was created to make that easier.

We’re a small, dedicated team preparing wholesome, ready-to-eat meals for individuals and families across the Big Island. Our goal is simple: to support your everyday routine with food that feels good to eat—meals that are healthy, convenient, and genuinely delicious.

At the heart of it all is Chef Jasmine, a holistic health coach and personal chef with over 10 years of experience. She grew up on her family’s organic farm here in Hawai‘i, where her connection to food started early—learning not just how to cook, but how to respect ingredients and the land they come from. Her approach to cooking is rooted in that experience: thoughtful, balanced, and grounded in whole, real foods.

Every meal we prepare reflects that philosophy. We work closely with local farmers, ranchers, and fishermen across Hawai‘i to source ingredients that are fresh, seasonal, and responsibly raised whenever possible. The result is food that’s full of flavor, deeply nourishing, and made with care from start to finish.

Our weekly meal prep service is designed to fit seamlessly into life across Kona, Waikoloa, Waimea, and Hilo, with convenient pickup options available in both Waimea and Hilo for those outside our delivery routes, including Hawi and Puna.

We keep our menu rotating and varied, offering a mix of omnivore and pescatarian meals, with plans to expand into more vegetarian and vegan options. No matter the dish, the intention stays the same: balanced meals that support your energy, your health, and your enjoyment of food.

Sustainability is also an important part of what we do. By sourcing locally, minimizing waste, and composting all food waste, we aim to contribute to a more resilient and thoughtful food system here on the Big Island.
